原发性甲状腺鳞状细胞癌的超声特征 被引量：1

Ultrasonographic features of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid gland

摘要 回顾性分析6例病理证实为甲状腺鳞状细胞癌同时结合临床确诊为原发性甲状腺鳞状细胞癌患者的二维灰阶超声和彩色多普勒超声的图像特征。体积较大、内部回声高低不均、可伴有粗大或微钙化或同侧淋巴结转移是原发性甲状腺鳞状细胞癌常见的超声声像图特征,根据超声声像图特征可初步鉴别结节性质,帮助临床选择治疗方法和手术方案,但最终明确诊断仍需病理组织学和免疫组化。
