摘要
使用有关地下煤炭故障率的运行数据,对振动筛的制造材料以及它们在煤炭采集系统中的功能故障进行分析。通过分析发现常见故障有声音异常、减震弹簧断裂、表面过热、筛板破损等。在煤炭筛选管理系统中及时排除振动筛故障,有效提升了采煤效率。
Using the operation data about the failure rate of underground coal,the manufacturing materials of vibrating screen and their functional faults in coal acquisition system are analyzed.Through analysis,it is found that the common faults include abnormal sound,broken damping spring,overheated surface and damaged sieve plate.In the coal screening management system,timely removal of vibration screen fault can effectively improve the coal mining efficiency.
