基于产教融合的高职航海类专业实践教学质量的四优化研究

Research on“Four Optimization”of Practical Teaching Quality of Navigation Major in Higher Vocational Colleges through the Integration of Industry and Education

摘要 实践教学是高职院校人才培养的重要组成部分,高职院校航海类专业的实践教学因其专业的特殊性而存在一定的发展与优化空间。鉴于当前高职航海类专业实践教学过程中学生积极性不高、实训实习难度大的现状,以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例,提出了在新时代高职教育改革大背景下,深化产教融合,加强专业内涵建设,提升航海类专业实践教学质量的“四优化”实践举措,即实训教学条件优化、实训教学策略优化、实训教学内容与手段优化、实训教学师资队伍优化。 Practical teaching is an important part of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,optimization and improvements should be made properly in the colleges due to its characteristics accordingly. In consideration with the students’ less enthusiasm and training difficulty of current practice education in higher vocational,takes an example of Zhejiang International Maritime College,under the background of higher vocational education reform in the new era,so as to put forward to deepen the integration of production and education,strengthen the connotation construction in profession,improve the quality of navigational practice teaching in "four optimization" practical measures,means the optimizations of the conditions、strategies、contents、staffs of practical teaching.
