摘要
目的观察分析重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶在慢性宫颈炎治疗过程中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月山东省诸城市妇幼保健院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者100例,随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,各50例。常规组采用微波治疗,观察组采用微波加重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶的治疗方法,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者宫颈糜烂、白带增多、尿痛、腰酸等临床症状不良反应改善率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于常规组的74.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)指标明显优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后阴道出血时间(2.21±1.63)d、阴道排液时间(2.72±0.58)d,明显低于常规组的(4.17±1.25)d、(4.69±0.72)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性宫颈炎的治疗过程中使用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,能有效治疗和改善患者的临床症状,且不良反应少。
Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Zhucheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomLy divided into conventional group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with microwave therapy,while the observation group was treated with interferonα-2b gel by microwave weighting group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The improvement rate of cervical erosion,increased leucorrhea,urinary pain,lumbar acid and other clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group 74.00%(P<0.05).The indexes of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the conventional group after treatment(P<0.05).The time of vaginal bleeding after treatment in the observation group was(2.21±1.63)d and the time of vaginal drainage was(2.72±0.58)d,which were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(4.17±1.25)d and(4.69±0.72)d respectively,with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b gel can effectively treat and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic cervicitis,and has less adverse reactions.
