摘要
科研仪器设备是科学研究和科技创新的基础,其共享水平在一定程度上反映了一个单位乃至国家的科技管理水平。针对大型仪器设备共享平台运行过程中一些有待完善的地方,如:大型仪器设备缺乏配套支持、大型仪器设备功能单一以及仪器设备共享所需实验人员不足等,提出了建立专职的科研仪器设备管理部门的建议,并对该部门需要具备的促进科研仪器设备应用和建立完善的培训体系等职能进行了探讨。
Scientific research instruments and equipment are the basis for scientific research and technological innovation.To a certain extent,the level of sharing reflects the level of science and technology management of a unit or even a country.This article analyzes some areas to be perfected in the operation of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platform,such as the lack of support for large instruments and equipment,the single function of large instruments and equipment,and the shortage of experimental operator for the sharing of instruments and equipment,etc.And the establishment of a full-time management department of scientific research instruments and equipment are put forward.The Department should have the following functions:promoting the application of scientific research instruments and equipment,and establishing a perfect training system.
