摘要
目的:探讨头穴丛刺配合综合认知训练联合药物对AD所致轻度认知功能障碍(MIC)患者认知改善情况及安全性。方法:采用随机对照试验方法,将60例患者分为多奈哌齐组和多奈哌齐联合针灸认知训练组(观察组),治疗前、治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后分别进行简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表检测。结果:两个试验组分组均衡,基线状态良好,具有可比性。治疗两疗程后两组MMSE总评分较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01),且观察组疗效优于单用药物组(P<0.01)。认知、记忆、言语亚项评分显示:第1疗程治疗后两组间均有显著性差异(P<0.01);第2疗程治疗结束后认知、记忆亚组有显著性差异(P<0.05),言语亚组组间差值无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:治疗后两组患者综合认知水平及记忆能力均有明显的改善,且观察组疗效优于药物组。
Objective:To investigate the cognitive improvement and safety of comprehensive cognitive training combined with drugs in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MIC)caused by AD.Methods:60 patients were divided into donepezil group and donepezil combined with acupuncture and cognitive training group(observation group)by random control test method.MMSE scale was tested before treatment,after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment respectively.Results:The two experimental groups were evenly grouped,with good baseline status and comparability.After two courses of treatment,the total MMSE score of the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the drug group alone(P<0.01).The sub-item scores of cognition,memory and speech showed that there were significant differences between the two groups after the first course of treatment(P<0.01).After the second course of treatment,there was significant difference in cognition and memory subgroups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between speech subgroups(P>0.05).Conclusion:After treatment,the comprehensive cognitive level and memory ability of the two groups of patients have been significantly improved,and the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the drug group.
