摘要
陶瓷颗粒增强铝基复合材料具有高强度、高韧性、高耐磨性、低密度、良好的抗疲劳性、成本低等优点。综述了陶瓷颗粒增强铝基复合材料制备工艺的研究现状,重点介绍了目前国内外常用的制备工艺的优点、应用范围以及最新的研究进展,展望了陶瓷颗粒增强铝基复合材料制备的未来发展方向。
Ceramic particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites have the advantages of high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance, low density, good fatigue resistance and low cost. The present situation of preparation technology of ceramic particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites was reviewed. The advantages, application scope and latest research progress of the common preparation process in China and abroad were emphatically introduced, and the future development of the preparation of ceramic particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites was prospected.
