摘要
为了分析全自动生化分析仪检测前后的质量控制措施及价值,提升全自动生化分析仪的检测质量,临沭县妇幼保健院实施了全自动生化分析仪检测质量控制措施,选取200份体检生化样本进行研究,对比质量控制实施前后的检测结果。结果显示,控制措施实施前后的总胆红素、血液尿素氮、肌酸酐、血清葡萄糖的检测结果差异没有统计学意义;质量控制前后的直接胆红素、尿酸、天冬氨酸转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶的检测结果差异有统计学意义。在临床生化检验工作中,针对性地制定并实施自动生化分析仪检测质量控制措施,有助于提高检测的准确性,能够为临床诊治工作提供更加准确真实的依据。
In order to analyze the quality control measures and value of the automatic biochemical analyzer before and after the test,improve the detection quality of the automatic biochemical analyzer.Linshu maternal and child health hospital implements automatic biochemical analyzer testing quality control measures,selects 200 biochemical samples for physical examination for research,and compares the test results before and after the implementation of quality control.The results show that there is not statistically significant in the test results of total bilirubin,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,and serum glucose before and after the implementation of the control measures.Before and after quality control,there is slatistically significant in the detection results of direct bilirubin,uric acid,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,and glutamyl transpeptidase.In clinical biochemical testing,the targeted development and implementation of automatic biochemical analyzer testing quality control measures will help improve the accuracy of testing and provide more accurate and true evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
