摘要
为了探明油菜新品种秦优1699的适宜种植密度,同时保证双低品质和优良抗性,通过田间密度试验研究了不同种植密度对秦优1699产量、品质和抗性的影响。结果表明,随着种植密度的增加,产量呈先增后减的趋势,37.5万株/hm^2密度处理的产量最高,不同密度间产量差异达显著水平。单株有效角果数随着种植密度增加而减少,群体总角果数则呈波浪式变化。不同密度对每角粒数和千粒重影响不大。密度对秦优1699的芥酸、硫苷、含油量和蛋白质含量影响不显著。在低于37.5万株/hm^2密度时,秦优1699菌核病发病率低、抗倒性强。因此,在该生态条件下,秦优1699的适宜种植密度为37.5万株/hm^2。
In order to find out the suitable planting density of the new rapeseed variety Qinyou 1699,and to ensure double low quality and good resistance,the effects of different planting densities on the yield,quality and resistance of Qinyou 1699 were studied by field density test.The results showed that with the increase of the planting density,yield showed a tendency of firstly increase and then decrease,yield was the highest at the density of 375000 plants/hm^2.There were significant differences among different planting densities.Effective pods per plant decreased as density increased,while total population pod number showed a tendency of wave change with the increase of planting density.Density had little impacts on grains per pod and 1000-grain weight,and showed no significant effect on erucic acid,glucosinolates,oil content and protein content of Qinyou 1699.When planting density was lower than 375000 plants/hm^2,Qinyou 1699 had lower incidence of sclerotinia and stronger lodging resistance.Therefore,under this ecological condition,the suitable planting density of Qinyou 1699 was 375000 plants/hm^2.
