摘要
目的:通过对手术室医疗设备进行维护保养,对新常态护理模式进行应用,随后对其效果进行探究。方法:选取参与本次研究的在职护士60人,均为女性,年龄23~35岁。年龄平均值为(28.4±2.34)岁,通过对两段时间内进行设备的结果评比,对其相关使用情况进行研究。结果:通过对实验前后的设备使用情况进行分析,实验后操作不当、违规操作以及设备故障的情况相比之前具有明显下降,因此具有一定的应用价值。通过进行临床比对,实验前整体操作合格率为80.0%,操作不当率为20.0%。实验后整体操作合格率为90.0%,操作不当率为10.0%。实验后的整体不当率低于实验前。结论:通过对手术室医疗设备进行新常态护理管理模式,在现阶段具有一定的应用价值。
Objective:To apply the new normal nursing model through the maintenance of medical equipment in the operating room,and then to explore its effects.Methods:A total of 60 active nurses participating in this study were selected,all of whom were female,with the minimum age of 23 years old and the maximum age of 35 years old.The average age is(28.4±2.34)years old.Through the evaluation of the results of the equipment over two periods of time,the relevant use of the equipment is studied.Results:Through the analysis of the equipment usage before and after the experiment,the situation of improper operation,illegal operation and equipment failure after the experiment has been significantly reduced compared with before,so it has certain application value.Through clinical comparison,the overall operation qualification rate before the experiment was 80.0%,and the improper operation rate was 20.0%.After the experiment,the overall operation qualification rate was 90.0%,and the improper operation rate was 10.0%.The overall improper rate after the experiment was lower than before the experiment.Conclusion:The new normal nursing management model for medical equipment in the operating room has certain application value at this stage.
