工匠精神视阈下现代学徒制学生培养质量影响因素及评价研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and Evaluation of the Cultivation Quality of Modern Apprenticeship Students from the Perspective of Craftsmanship Spirit

摘要 从企业支持力度、师傅培养力度、学校支持力度、政府重视程度和学徒家长配合程度5种影响因素,以及知识、人格特征、心智技能、动作技能和通用能力5个质量维度,设计了融入工匠精神培育的现代学徒制人才培养质量调查问卷并开展调研。经均值分析,发现被试学生的动作技能得分最高,通用能力得分最低;经回归分析,发现学校支持力度、政府重视程度、学徒家长配合程度对培养质量产生正向影响,其中,学徒家长的配合影响最大。进而提出提高现代学徒制学生培养质量的对策。 From these five influencing factors of enterprise support,master training,school support,government attention and apprentice parents’cooperation,as well as five quality dimensions of knowledge,personality characteristics,mental skills,action skills and general ability,a questionnaire on the quality of modern apprenticeship talents training with craftsmanship spirit was designed and investigated.Through the mean analysis,it is found that the students’motor skill score is the highest and the general ability score is the lowest.Through regression analysis,it is found that the school support,the government’s attention and the apprentice parents’cooperation have a positive impact on the training quality,among which the apprentice parents’cooperation has the greatest influence,and then the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training quality of modern apprenticeship students.
