摘要
管道机器人是一种可以携带一种或多种传感器及维修工具,沿管道内部或外部自行运动的机械,能够进行机、电、仪一体化管道作业。对国内外管道机器人的研发现状进行了介绍,并从空调管道检查、管道打磨、排水管网检测等方面给出了管道机器人的应用实例。分析了管道机器人在发展中存在的能源供给、稳定性、位置识别与越障、检测与修复一体化等问题,并对新型管道机器人的特点进行了论述。
A pipeline robot is a machine that can carry one or more sensors and maintenance tools and move by itself along the inside or outside surface of the pipeline.The pipeline robot can perform integrated mechanical,electrical and instrumental ductwork.The research and development status of domestic and foreign pipeline robots were introduced,and application examples of the pipeline robot were given from the aspects of air-conditioning ducting check,pipeline dressing,and checkout of drainage pipe system.The issues in the development of the pipeline robot such as energy supply,stability,position identification and obstacle surmounting,integration of detection and repairing were analyzed,and the characteristics of the new pipeline robot were discussed.
