摘要
目的分析腹腔镜下膀胱部分切除术联合放化疗对肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年9月至2017年12月收治的114例肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机单双数法将其分为对照组(57例,腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除术)和观察组(57例,腹腔镜下膀胱部分切除术联合放化疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项生活质量评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2年,观察组的疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下膀胱部分切除术联合放化疗治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者可有效改善其手术指标,降低并发症发生率及复发率,进而提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effects of laparoscopic partial cystectomy combined with chemoradiotherapy on operation indexes,complications and quality of life in patients with myometrial invasive bladder cancer.Methods A total of 114 patients with myometrial invasive bladder cancer admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(57 cases,laparoscopic radical cystectomy)and observation group(57 cases,laparoscopic partial cystectomy combined with chemoradiotherapy)by random odd and even number method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss volume,operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 years after treatment,the recurrence rates of the disease in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic partial cystectomy combined with chemoradiotherapy for patients with myometrial invasive bladder cancer can effectively improve the operation indexes,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life of patients.
