摘要
目的对良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病手术患者群体的护理手段进行分析。方法利用分组研究法对该院在2017年11月—2019年11月收治的70例患者进行研究,每组患者均35例。参考组患者行常规护理,研究组患者行护理干预对策,对比两组患者最终护理结果。结果研究组患者术后各项指标以及生活质量均优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病手术患者群体行护理干预对策效果显著,值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with diabetes surgery.Methods The group research method was used to study 70 patients admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to November 2019,with 35 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group received routine care.Patients in the study group adopted nursing intervention measures.Nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative indicators and quality of life of the patients in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention strategies for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with diabetes surgery have a significant effect,so it is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
