摘要
目的:探讨口腔护理对经口气管插管颅脑外伤患者口腔溃疡及相关性肺炎发生情况的影响。方法:选取某院2017年4月~2019年8月收治的80例经口气管插管颅脑外伤患者,根据盲抽法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用口腔护理,比较两组口腔溃疡和相关性肺炎发生率、家属护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组口腔溃疡发生率10.00%、相关性肺炎发生率7.50%、口臭发生率7.50%,均低于对照组(27.50%、22.50%、37.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组家属护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔护理可有效降低经口气管插管颅脑外伤患者口腔溃疡及相关性肺炎发生率,提高家属护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of oral care on the occurrence of oral ulcer and associated pneumonia in patients with craniocerebral trauma after tracheal intubation.Methods:Eighty patients craniocerebral trauma with oral tracheal intubation who were admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to blind sampling,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group adopted oral care based on the control group.The incidence of oral ulcers and associated pneumonia and the satisfaction of family care were compared between the two groups.Results:After care,the incidence of oral ulcers in the observation group was 10.00%,the incidence of related pneumonia was 7.50%,and the incidence of bad breath was 7.50%,which were lower than those of the control group(27.50%,22.50%,37.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 72.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of oral ulcers and associated pneumonia in craniocerebral trauma patients with oral tracheal intubation,and improve the satisfaction of family care.
