摘要
管排锯是无缝钢管生产线的重要组成设备,布置于热轧线冷床之后在精整区域,用于将冷却后的钢管进行切头切尾和合同要求切定尺,对无缝钢管成材率有很大的影响。因此,有必要研究如何提高管锯机的锯切效率,这里包括锯机的各种工艺参数调整、在保证锯切过程中稳定等因素。我们提高锯切效率,提高生产节奏的同时提高锯片的使用寿命,降本增效,降低劳动强度又能确保切后钢管端面无缺陷。特别是锯切大外径、大壁厚和薄壁三倍尺的无缝钢管时显得尤为重要。现在简要从几个方面探讨钢管公司MFL管排锯的锯切效率。
Pipe sawing machine is an important component equipment of seamless steel pipe production line.It is arranged in finishing area after hot rolling line cooling bed used for cutting head cutting tail and contract requirement cutting length of steel pipe after cooling.Therefore it is necessary to study how to improve sawing efficiency of pipe sawing machines including various technological parameters adjustment of sawing machines and stability in ensuring sawing process etc.We improve sawing efficiency improve production rhythm,improve blade service life,reduce cost efficiency,reduce labor intensity,thereby can ensure that steel pipe end without defects.It is especially important when sawing seamless steel tubes with large outer diameter,large wall thickness and three times thin wall.Now,this paper will briefly discuss the sawing efficiency of MFL pipe sawing machine in steel pipe company.
