摘要
复合材料具有比强度高、比刚度大、重量轻等诸多优势,在工程中得到广泛应用。但这种材料在外载荷下容易发生纤维拉伸裂开、基体开裂等损伤破坏,使材料承载能力降低,甚至失效。基于Hashin失效准则,应用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立二维模型分析其渐进损伤,并分析铺层顺序、铺层角度及开孔直径等对其承载能力的影响。
Composite materials have many advantages such as high specific strength,large specific stiffness and light weight,which have been widely used in engineering.However,this material under the external load is prone to fiber tensile cracking,matrix cracking and other damage,so that the bearing capacity of the material is reduced,or even failed.Based on Hashin failure criterion,ABAQUS nonlinear finite element analysis software is used to establish a two-dimensional model to analyze the progressive damage,the influence of layering sequence,layering angle and hole diameter on the bearing capacity is analyzed.
