介绍了油、套管连接强度计算标准及常见连接强度计算公式。分析讨论了油、套管连接强度计算中的关键参数,即接箍危险截面、管体危险截面、屈服强度和抗拉强度。认为结构参数(接箍危险截面、管体危险截面)与螺纹接头、牙型和上扣位置等有关;认为材料参数(屈服强度和抗拉强度)与螺纹接头和公式选择类型(设计公式与极限公式)有关。
Described here in the essay are the calculation criteria and the common-used formula for the connection strength of the oil tubing and casing.Also analyzed and discussed are the critical parameters concerning the said connection strength computation,including coupling dangerous cross section,pipe body dangerous cross section,yield strength and tensile strength.It is regarded via the analysis that the structural parameters(i.e.,coupling dangerous cross section and pipe body dangerous cross section)are related to the data like the thread connection,the thread profile and the make up position,etc.It is conclusively regarded that the material parameters(i.e.,yield strength and tensile strength)are related to the thread connection and the formula type as selected(i.e.,the design formula and the limit formula).
