摘要
目的:评价避孕药具不良反应监测报告。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月应用避孕药具的已婚育龄妇女200例,运用问卷调查方法与实地走访对其使用避孕药的具体情况进行分析,并计算不良反应发生率。结果:使用安全套116例,使用宫内节育器64例,使用药物20例;共发生不良反应22例,发生率为11.00%。结论:已婚育龄妇女应用避孕药具过程中容易出现各种不良反应,尤其是宫内节育器下移。临床需加强健康教育工作并定期随访,及时发现并处理异常情况,从而有效降低使用避孕药具的不良反应发生率;同时需严格监督宫内节育器及相关产品的生产企业,以有效保证产品质量。
Objective:To evaluate the adverse reaction monitoring report of contraceptive.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,200 married women of childbearing age who used contraceptives were selected.Questionnaires and field visits were used to analyze the specific situation of their use of contraceptives,and the incidence of adverse reactions were calculated.Results:116 cases used condoms,64 cases used IUD and 20 cases used drugs.A total of 22 cases had adverse reactions,the incidence rate was 11.00%.Conclusion:In the process of using contraceptives,married women of childbearing age are prone to various adverse reactions,especially the downward movement of IUD.Clinical is necessary to strengthen health education and follow up regularly to find and deal with abnormal situations in time,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the use of contraceptives.Meanwhile,the manufacturers of IUD and related products should be strictly supervised to effectively ensure the product quality.
