摘要
介绍施耐德御卓ATV340同步和异步电机变频器在自动化立体仓储水平轴方向的调速应用,以及其与西门子STEP7系列PLC共同组成堆垛机控制系统的硬件配置、网络组态、参数设置。结合项目应用分析变频器和异步电机组合在水平轴方向调速的调试重点与难点。
Application of Schneider Yuzhuo ATV340 synchronous and asynchronous motor frequency converter in the horizontal axis direction of automatic three-dimensional warehouse,and the hardware configuration,network configuration and parameter setting of stacker control system composed of Schneider Yuzhuo ATV340 and Siemens STEP7 PLC.Based on project applications,key points and difficulties of the debugging of the combined device by frequency converter and asynchronous motor in the horizontal axis direction are analyzed.
