摘要
对于水资源极度缺乏的新疆,工业废水也是宝贵的资源,其回用正逐渐得到社会各界的广泛关注与认可。纺织印染企业生产的废水具有水量大、染料助剂等有机污染物含量高、盐度高、水质变化大等特点,导致其处理、排放和回用难度大,给新疆纺织印染业的发展造成了较大的困难。如何做到既不损害生态环境,又能发挥纺织印染工业废水的生产、生活与生态效益,做到合理综合利用是当前亟待解决的难题。通过对新疆10家典型印染、棉浆粕及黏胶纤维企业、3座集中污水处理厂、8座氧化塘及蓄水库的综合调研,总结出目前新疆纺织印染工业废水排放及综合利用途径,结合实际运行情况提出3种适宜在新疆推广的纺织印染废水排放与综合利用模式,以期有助于新疆纺织工业的可持续发展、废水的有效合理利用及生态环境的保护。
Industrial waste water is also a valuable resource for Xinjiang because of its extreme lack of water resources,and the reuse of wastewater is gradually getting widespread attention and recognition.Due to the characteristics of large amount of water,high content of organic pollutants such as dye auxiliaries,high salinity and variability in water quality,the wastewater from textile and dyeing enterprises is difficult to be treated and discharged,which causes great difficulties for the development of textile and dyeing industry in Xinjiang.How to give full play to the production,life and ecological benefits,and to achieve comprehensive utilization of wastewater from textile and dyeing industry without damaging the ecological environment is a problem to be solved.Based on investigation of 10 typical dyeing,cotton pulp and viscose fiber enterprises,3 centralized wastewater treatment plants,8 oxidation ponds and water storage pools in Xinjiang,the current wastewater discharge and comprehensive utilization approaches of textile and dyeing industry in Xinjiang was summarized,and three effective discharge and reuse models of wastewater from textile and dyeing industry in Xinjiang was put forward.These potential models of wastewater utilization was expected to benefit the sustainable development of textile industry,the effective and reasonable utilization of wastewater and the protection of ecological environment.
