摘要
本文综述了对羟基苯甲醛的合成研究和生产现状。国内外对羟基苯甲醛的合成,依据起始原料的不同大致有4种方法。这些方法常因催化剂的选用表现出动力学效果的差异,但副产物多或“三废”严重的关键难题,近几十年来一直没有突破性进展。以苯酚为原料通过Gattermann反应合成对羟基苯甲醛具有原子经济性,在苯酚的对位引入醛基的技术方案具有竞争优势。论文讨论了改进酚羟基对位引入醛基的可行性及可能采取的技术措施。
Recent progress of synthesis of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde was reviewed.There are four methods for the synthesis of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde at home and abroad according to the different starting materials.These methods often show different kinetic effects due to the selection of catalysts.But there has been no breakthrough in recent decades for the key problems of much by-products or“three wastes”.The synthesis of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde from phenol by Gattermann reaction has atomic economy.The introduction of aldehyde group into the para position of phenol has a competitive advantage.This paper discusses the feasibility of improving the introducing aldehyde gnoup to para position of phenol hydroxyl group and the possible technical measures.
