摘要
目的分析对口腔正畸中应用微型种植体支抗的临床效果。方法随机选择2017年5月—2019年5月本院收治的80例需接受口腔正畸患者进行研究,分配于对比组患者(n=40)行常规正畸治疗,研究组患者(n=40)行微型种植体支抗,对比两组患者最终治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗后临床各项指标均好于对比组,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义;不良反应发生概率以研究组患者较低(10.0%),好于对比组患者(30.0%),P <0.05,差异有统计学意义;研究组组间最终总治疗有效率97.5%高于对比组患者最终总治疗有效率82.5%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论口腔正畸中应用微型种植体支抗的临床效果显著,患者接受治疗后口腔相关指标恢复良好,故值得在临床中广泛使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics.Methods A random selection of 80 patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 who were required to undergo orthodontic treatment were assigned to the comparison group(n=40)for conventional orthodontic treatment.Patients in the study group(n=40)was performed micro-implant anchorage and compare the final treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The clinical indicators of the patients in the study group were better than those in the comparison group after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group(10.0%)and better than the comparison group(30.0%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the final total treatment effective rate between the study group is 97.5%higher than the final total treatment effective rate of the control group is 82.5%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical effect of the application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics is significant,and the oral-related indicators of patients have recovered well after treatment,so it is worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
