摘要
采用MBR平板膜处理造纸废水,考察了HRT、DO、pH和SRT对MBR系统COD处理效果的影响,同时研究了MBR膜长期运行的污染特征和实际工程中的运用效果。实验表明:HRT、pH、DO、SRT对MBR系统中COD去除效率有一定影响,MBR工艺处理造纸废水COD去除率可达90%,排水符合排放标准。
MBR flat membrane was used to treat papermaking wastewater.The effects of HRT,DO,pH and SRT on COD treatment of MBR system were investigated in this paper.Meanwhile,the pollution characteristics of the long-term operation of MBR membrane and the application effect in actual engineering were studied.Experiments show that HRT,pH,DO,and SRT have certain effects on COD removal efficiency in the MBR system.The COD removal rate of the papermaking wastewater treated by the MBR process can reach to 90%,and the effluent meets the discharge standards.
