摘要
黄花菜营养丰富,风味独特,在我国已有数千年栽种历史,是一种药食兼优的特色经济作物。近年来,随着黄花菜产业的发展及当地政府的重视,关于黄花菜采后处理及药用途径方面的研究也日益增加。对黄花菜采后加工及药理两方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为黄花菜产业发展提供帮助。
Daylily flower(Hemerocallis citrina Baroni)is rich in nutrients and has a unique flavor.As a medicinal and edible vegetable with high economic values,daylily has been planted for thousands of years in China.With the development of daylily industry and the attention of local government,there were more and more researches on the post-harvest treatment and medical ways of daylily.This paper summarized the research progress of post-harvest processing and pharmacology of daylily in order to provide assistance for the development of daylily industry.
