摘要
本文论述了烟草企业规范管理在企业发展当中的重要性,通过对烟草企业规范管理规范化必然趋势的深刻分析,得到规范是提升行业社会形象的重要手段,也是保护员工个人利益的有力武器。通过对调查实际数据的分析及存在问题剖析后,得出要打破目前的企业现状,应从六方面提高规范化管理,进一步验证规范管理在企业治理中的必要性。
This paper discusses the importance of standardized management of tobacco enterprises in the development of enterprises,through a deep analysis of the inevitable trend of standardized management of tobacco enterprises,norms are an important means to enhance the social image of the industry,it is also a powerful weapon to protect the personal interests of employees.After analyzing the survey data and the existing problems,it is concluded that to break the current situation of enterprises,we should improve the standardized management from six aspects,and further verify the necessity of the standardized management in the enterprise governance.
