摘要
在页岩气储集层勘探开发过程中,选取品质最优层段作为水平井靶体,利于最大限度动用最优质页岩储量,提高单井产量,同时兼顾页岩可钻性,优选可钻性好的层段还可缩短钻井周期,达到快速建产的目的。鉴于前人在靶体优选研究中很少涉及从现场可钻性角度考虑优质靶体段,基于页岩气评价井的钻时特征及影响因素,对靶体优选的途径和意义开展研究。通过钻时主控因素分析,确认脆性矿物含量、钻压、地层埋深为影响钻时的主要因素,并建立归一化钻时概念,通过归一化校正,消除不同井钻时曲线的偏差,得到标准化、可多井对比的钻时数据;通过统计分析明确区域钻时最小集中层位,结合储集层品质,优中选优,达到选取储集层品质优、可钻性强的最优水平井靶体的目的,确定了ZT地区A区域最优水平井靶体为龙一11层,B区域最优水平井靶体为龙一11层、龙一12层。
During the exploration and development of shale gas reservoirs,selecting the interval with the best quality as horizontal well target is conductive to maximizing the use of the best shale reserves and increasing single well production.Meanwhile,taking the drillablity of shale into account and optimizing the interval with good drillablity can also shorten drilling cycle and realize rapid production.Given the fact that high-quality target interval was rarely considered from the perspective of field drillability in target optimization research,based on drilling time characteristics and influencing factors of shale gas evaluation wells,studies on the method and significance of target optimization were conducted.By analyzing main controlling factors during drilling,brittle mineral content,bit pressure and burial depth were confirmed as the main factors affecting drilling time.The concept of normalized drilling time was established,the deviation of drilling time curve of different wells was eliminated through normalization correction,and standard drilling time data comparable with multiple wells was obtained.The minimum concentration horizon of regional drilling time was defined through statistical analysis,and the reservoir quality was combined to optimize the best horizontal well target with good reservoir quality and drillability.The best horizontal well target in area A is the first layer of the First Member of Longmaxi Formation and the first and the second layer of the First Member of Longmaxi Formation are the best horizontal well target in area B in ZT.
