摘要
“三社联动”是一种新型社区治理模式,对国家基层治理转型具有重要的推动作用。本文在行动主义视阈下剖析了“三社联动”中行动者在社区场域里承担的角色,从信任关系、资源共享、协同行动等方面分析行动网络建构的过程和运行机制,并论述“三社联动”在建立社区公共服务递送网络、缓解社区中“内卷化”倾向、提高社区里社会资本水平三个方面的治理效能,旨在从定位、体系、机制、效能四个方面阐释其治理逻辑,以促进“三社联动”进一步发展。
"Interaction of Three Agencies"is a new type of community governance model,which plays an important role in promoting the transformation of national grassroots governance.From the perspective of activism,this paper analyzes the role of actors in the field of community,analyzes the process and operation mechanism of their action network construction from trust relationship,resource sharing and collaborative action,and explains the governanceeffectiveness of"Interaction of Three Agencies"in three aspects:establishing community public service delivery network,alleviating the phenomenon of involution in the community and improving the level of social capital in the community.This paper explains its governance logic from four aspects:positioning,system,mechanism and efficiency,so as to promote the further development of"Interaction of Three Agencies".
