摘要
列举在线分析仪表的传统通讯模式面临的诸多挑战,提出并阐述一种可实现数据采集和分析控制的在线分析仪表多通讯系统,介绍该系统设计优势,系统架构及功能设计,分析几种典型通讯模式的设计要求以及对应的通讯网络硬件和软件基本架构,强调系统通讯设计的关键考虑点,最后作为应用示例探讨了以二种模式实施的典型连续温室气体排放在线分析监控系统CEMs。
Many challenges faced by the traditional communication mode of on-line analyzers are listed. Therefore a multi-communication system of on-line analyzers which can realize data acquisition, continuous analysis and control is proposed and elaborated. The advantages of the system design, the system architecture and function design are introduced. The design requirements of several typical communication modes and the basic hardware and software architecture of the corresponding communication network are analyzed. Then the key considerations of the communication system design are summarized. Finally, the typical system design for continuous emission monitoring(CEMs) implemented in two modes is discussed as an application example.
