摘要
医院质量管理需要不断探索科学的管理方法。精细化管理具有精、准、细、严等特点,将其应用到医院质量管理中,可持续改进医院质量管理水平。目前,医院在精细化管理应用方面存在诸多问题。从实践出发,认为医院管理者应彻底转变观念,从资源、人员、临床质量、绩效等方面全面抓好精细化管理落实,不断优化流程、提升内涵,从而保证医院全面发展。
Hospital quality management needs to continuously explore the scientific management method.The delicacy management has many characteristics,such as precise,accurate,careful and strict.Application of it in the hospital quality management could continuously improve hospital quality management level.However,there were many problems in the application of delicacy management in hospital.From the perspective of hospital practice,it was suggested that hospital managers should completely change their ideas,fully implement the delicacy management from the aspects of resources,personnel,clinical quality and performance,and constantly optimize the process and improve the connotation to ensure the overall development of hospital.
