摘要
目的探讨功能锻炼结合骨折康复护理在临床中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年10月我院收治的70例骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例,对照实施常规护理,试验组实施功能锻炼结合康复护理。对比两组患者术后疼痛评分、护理指标、护理满意度及护理前后生活质量评分。结果试验组患者术后疼痛评分、护理指标、护理满意度及生活质量对比均优于对照组(P <0.05),有统计学意义。结论功能锻炼结合骨折康复护理可显著提高患者护理质量,改善患者护理指标,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application eff ect of functional exercise combined with fracture rehabilitation nursing.Methods A total of 70 fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a experimental group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in contrast,while the experimental group carried out functional exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing.Compare the postoperative pain scores,nursing indicators,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores before and after nursing between the two groups.Results The comparison of postoperative pain score,nursing index,nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion Functional exercise combined with fracture rehabilitation care can signifi cantly improve the quality of patient care,improve patient care indicators,and improve patient care satisfaction.
