摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描在肝脏肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法选取我院于2018年9月至2019年9月收治的200例肝脏肿瘤患者,采取抽签分组方法随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组采用多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描方法,对照组采用超声诊断方法。分析对比两组各项指标。结果观察组患者检出率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组误诊率、漏诊率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在肝脏肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断中实施多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描,能提高检出率,减少误诊率和漏诊率。
Objective To study the clinical value of multiphase spiral CT three-phase enhanced scanning in the diff erential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors.Methods A selection of 200 patients with liver tumors admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases each by lottery.The observation group used the three-phase enhanced scanning method of multi-slice spiral CT.The control group was diagnosed by ultrasound.Analyze and compare the indicators of the two groups.Results The detection rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diff erential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors,the implementation of multi-slice spiral CT three-phase enhanced scanning can increase the detection rate and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
