摘要
为了提升沥青路面的服役寿命,研究新型防水黏结层材料,本文对胶粉复合改性沥青玻璃纤维防水黏结层进行了试验与分析,选取SBS改性沥青、20%胶粉复合改性沥青和40%胶粉复合改性沥青,首先对其黏韧性和拉拔性能进行了对比;然后根据沥青类型和有无掺加玻璃纤维,划分为了A/B/C/D/E共5个试验组,对不同沥青小梁的低温弯曲性能,以及防水黏结层的抗拉拔、抗剪切性能进行了对比;最后对试验结果进行了分析,并提出了相关建议。
In order to improve the service life of asphalt pavement and study the new waterproof binding layer material,this paper tests and analyzes the glass fiber waterproof adhesive layer of rubber powder composite modified asphalt,selects SBS modified asphalt,20%rubber powder composite modified asphalt and 40%rubber powder composite modified asphalt,compares their viscosity toughness and pull-out performance,and then according to the asphalt type and with or without glass Fiber,divided into 5 test groups A/B/C/D/E,compares the low-temperature bending performance of different asphalt beams,as well as the pull-out and shear resistance of waterproof adhesive layer;finally,the test results are analyzed and relevant suggestions are put forward.
