摘要
目的研究护理质量评价用于中医护理管理中的价值。方法 2019年1月—2019年8月中医护理管理未运用护理质量评价期间任职的护士260例为对照组,2019年9月—2020年6月中医护理管理运用护理质量评价期间任职的护士260例为试验组。对比中医护理质量。结果试验组中医护理质量评分:中医护理技术操作(94.68±3.27)分、中医护理常规运用(93.21±2.85)分、中医护理效果评价(95.22±2.74)分、中医护理健康教育(96.17±2.32)分,优于对照组(82.59±4.63)分、(84.69±3.71)分、(83.64±4.58)分、(85.93±3.16)分,P<0.05。结论于中医护理管理中运用护理质量评价,利于中医护理质量的提升,建议推广。
Objective To study the value of nursing quality evaluation in TCM nursing management.Methods From January to August,2019,260 nurses who worked during the period when nursing quality evaluation was not applied in the hospital*s traditional Chinese medicine nursing management were regarded as the control group,and 260 nurses in the period from September 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital during the period of using nursing quality evaluation in TCM nursing management were selected as the experimental group.The TCM nursing quality was compared.Results In the experimental group,the TCM nursing quality score of was(94.68±3.27)points,the routine use of TCM nursing was(93.21±2.85)points,the evaluation of TCM nursing effect was(95.22±2.74)points,and the TCM nursing health education score was(96.17±2.32)points,which were better than those of the control group(82.59±4.63),(84.69±3.71),(83.64±4.58)and(85.93±3.16)points,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing quality evaluation in TCM nursing management is conducive to the improvement of TCM nursing quality,which is recommended to be popularized.
