摘要
肾错构瘤是泌尿外科常见的肾脏良性肿瘤,瘤体内往往血管丰富且存在血管壁发育不良、缺乏弹性、容易破裂出血的特点,需要临床医生引起重视并及时予以正确的诊治。本文从术前影像学诊断和后腹腔镜下手术技巧要点入手进行阐述,以期为临床治疗巨大肾错构瘤提供帮助。
Renal angiomyolipoma is a common benign tumor of the kidney,which is characterized by abundant blood vessels with dysplastic and inelastic vascular walls.Therefore,it is easy to rupture and bleed.This paper expounds the preoperative imaging diagnosis and the key points in retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,hoping to provide guidance and help for clinicians in the treatment of giant renal angiomyolipoma.
