复合阻尼钢板T型接头激光焊接工艺 被引量:5

T-joint laser welding process for composite damping steel plate

摘要 为满足日益复杂的焊接构件,利用六轴五联动SESAMO型三维激光切割机床对复合阻尼钢板T型接头进行激光焊接试验,采用ANSYS仿真方法选用高斯热源模拟不同激光入射角和焊接速度下工件的温度场。结果表明:仿真获得的焊接熔池形状与试验结果基本吻合;不同激光入射角有最佳的焊接速度使工件间的焊接面积最大,在激光入射角为30°时,焊接速度最佳为30 m/h;任何焊接速度下激光入射角都不应大于45°;金相试验发现焊缝无裂缝和夹渣,证明T型接头激光焊接良好。 In order to meet need of the increasingly complex welding components,a six-axis five-link SESAMO three-dimensional laser cutting machine tool was used to perform laser welding experiments on the composite damping steel plate T-joint. Using the ANSYS simulation method,the Gaussian heat source was used to simulate the temperature field of the workpiece under different laser incidence angles and welding speeds. The results show that the shape of the weld pool obtained by simulation is basically consistent with the test results. Different laser incidence angles with the best welding speed help to maximize the welding area between welding workpieces. For example,when the laser incidence angle is 30°,the best welding speed is 30 m/h;at any welding speed,a laser incidence angle greater than 45° should not be used. Through metallographic experiments,it is found that the weld has no cracks and slag inclusions,which proves that the laser welding method can be applied to T-joints,to obtain a good welding structure.
