摘要
校友是学校十分宝贵的办学资源,是学校建设发展中可以依靠的重要力量,是联系学校和社会的桥梁与纽带。校友工作作为学校工作的重要组成部分,具有长远战略意义。本文在对加拿大阿尔伯塔大学校友会进行走访调研的基础上,通过与我国高校校友工作进行比较分析,找出不足和短板,借鉴阿尔伯塔大学校友会的好做法和先进理念,以期对我国高校校友工作的建设发展起到积极作用。
Alumni are an invaluable resource for the school.They constitute an important,reliable force in the building and development of the school,and they also serve as bridges and links between the school and society.Alumni management,as a vital component of the work of the school,carries long-term strategic significance.Based on a site survey at the Alumni Association of University of Alberta,Canada,this paper compared alumni management practices there with those by China’s universities,in an effort to identify shortcomings and weaknesses in the latter.Learning from the good practices and cutting-edge ideas on the part of the Alumni Association of University of Alberta,which are expected to shed light on the alumni management and development in China’s universities.
