摘要
目的分析多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者应用舒适护理的效果。方法本文所选择的立项时间为2017年6月至2018年10月,将在此期间来我院进行治疗的多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者102例按照随机抽签的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。所有患者均选择采用胸腔闭式引流术进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者配合舒适护理。评价和比较两组患者干预前后的排痰困难缓解状况、并发症发生率、干预前后的疼痛情况。结果干预后,观察组患者排痰缓解情况、并发症发生率和疼痛评分均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床对多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者采用胸腔闭式引流术进行治疗的同时配合舒适护理,能够帮助患者有效地缓解排痰困难,降低并发症对患者的影响,且能缓解疼痛。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing for patients with multiple rib fractures and hemopneumothorax.Methods One hundred and two patients with multiple rib fractures and hemopneumothorax who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group.All patients were treated with thoracic closed drainage.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and patients in the observation group received comfortable nursing.To evaluate and compare the relief of difficulty in expectoration,the incidence of complications,and the pain before and after intervention in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the sputum relief,complication rate,and pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusions Patients with multiple rib fractures and hemopneumothorax who use thoracic closed drainage combined with comfortable nursing can help patients effectively relieve difficulty in expectoration,reduce the impact of complications on patients,relieve pain.
