三维坐姿模型结合NURBS曲面建模的汽车座椅结构设计

摘要 为了有效解决由于三维坐姿模型中遮挡等问题导致模型存在的漏洞,提出三维坐姿模型结合NURBS曲面建模的汽车座椅结构设计方法。研究不同人体扫描坐姿对扫描效果的影响,确定最佳扫描坐姿,同时设计人体坐姿支撑座椅,解决扫描过程中存在的遮挡问题;根据健康坐姿知识,形成多百分位人体坐姿三维模型,将三维坐姿模型结合NURBS曲面建模相结合,对人体点云数据进行采集以及处理,通过直通滤波有效去除背景点云;对扫描影响精度进行优化分析,实现汽车座椅结构设计。对设计结果进行验证,全面证实了所设计方案的有效性以及优越性。 In order to effectively solve the loopholes in the model due to occlusion and other problems in the three-dimensional sitting posture model,a car seat structure design method combining the three-dimensional sitting posture model with NURBS surface modeling is proposed.Study the influence of different human body scanning sitting postures on the scanning effect,determine the best scanning sitting posture,and design the human body sitting posture support seat to solve the occlusion problem during the scanning process;according to the knowledge of healthy sitting posture,form a multi-percent human body sitting posture three-dimensional model The three-dimensional sitting posture model combined with NURBS surface modeling is used to collect and process the point cloud data of the human body,and effectively remove the background point cloud through straight-through filtering;optimize and analyze the accuracy of the scanning effect to realize the structural design of the car seat.Verification of the design results fully confirmed the effectiveness and superiority of the designed solution.
