摘要
目的基于Web of Science对过渡期护理的研究文献进行可视化分析,了解该领域的研究现状与发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science TM核心合集获取相关文献,时间限定为2000—2019年,将所得数据文件导入CiteSpace进行作者、国家(地区)和机构、发文期刊、共被引和关键词的分析及可视化表达。结果共纳入1186篇文献,年度发文量从2012年开始明显上升,宾夕法尼亚大学的Naylor教授和科罗拉多大学的Coleman教授为该领域的学术引领者。老年和慢病患者过渡期干预效果的评价、青少年—成人过渡照护项目的构建、新兴干预方式的应用及实施细节的优化完善是目前主要的研究方向。结论过渡期护理研究正处于快速发展阶段,未来针对细分患者领域、高新技术应用和项目质量改进的研究可能成为关注热点。
Objective To reveal the research and development trend in the field of transitional care through visualization analysis of the relevant literature retrieved from Web of Science.Methods The core collection of Web of Science was searched to obtain literature regarding transitional care published from 2000 to 2019.The retrieved literature was analyzed by CiteSpace software for authors,countries,institutions,journals,co-citations,and keywords.Results A total of 1,186 articles were obtained,and the annual publications began to increase significantly from 2012.Prof.Naylor from the University of Pennsylvania and Prof.Coleman from the University of Colorado are pioneers in the field.The research focuses are the evaluation of the intervention effect on elderly and chronic patients,the construction of adolescent transition program,the application of telemedicine-based interventions,and the optimization of implementation details.Conclusion Transitional care research is in a period of rapid development.Future researches on patients with specific diseases,using high-tech applications and improving program quality may become hotspots.
