摘要
面对以往初任教师缺乏辅导与协助,教师在职进修缺乏整合等问题,我国台湾近年来在中小学教师专业发展方面呈现出了以下动向:建立初任教师入职辅导制度与支持体系;建构系统化与实践本位教师在职进修体系;"规划"激励导向的教师进阶制度;推动省思导向的教师专业发展评鉴;完善品质导向的不适任教师处理机制。
In context of lack of guidance and assistance for new teachers and deficiency of integration on teachers’ in-service training, new trends have been presented in primary and secondary school teachers’ professional development in Taiwan in recent years. The trends include establishment of pre-service guidance mechanisms and supportive systems for new teachers, construction of in-service training systems based on practice, regulation of the incentive-oriented teacher advancement systems, promotion of the reflective-oriented teacher development evaluation systems and improvement of the morality-oriented unqualified teachers’ disposal system.
