摘要
北京协和医学院长期聚焦“中国马克思主义与当代”课程在新时代的发展及其在医学院的“本土化”问题,经过多年的努力,摸索出了适合本校的“强调思政课程的重要性”“聚焦医学学生的独特性”“拓展思政教学的开放性”和“增强教学路径的新颖性”的教学改革的基本理念。并依据基本理念,探索出了领导与名师共同出击,形塑重视课程的优良传统;抓住医学生的特性,将马克思主义理论巧妙地转化为思想政治素质教育内容;积极推动校内跨学科交流互助,探索医学人文素养教育与思政教育的结合方法;借助“雨课堂”在线教育媒介,丰富课程教学途径等一系列改革的具体实施路径。今后,应重视加强师资队伍建设、构建校际教师协作网、打造线上教学品牌,以期获得更大进步。
The Peking Union Medical College has long focused on the development of the Chinese Marxism and Contemporary curriculum in the new era and its“localization”in the medical school.After years of hard work,some fundamental theories of teaching reform suitable for our college have been concluded which includes“emphasis on the importance of ideological and political courses”,“focus on the uniqueness of medical students”,“expand the openness of ideological and political teaching”and“enhance the novelty of the teaching path”.The theories were explored in practice in some areas.For instance,“the leadership and famous teachers to attack together,shape the fine tradition of attaching importance to the curriculum”,“grasp the characteristics of medical students,subtly transform Marxist theory into ideological and political quality education content”,“actively promote inter-disciplinary exchanges and mutual assistance in the school To explore the combination of medical humanities education and ideological and political education”,“with the help of the online education media Rain Classroom,enrich the curriculum teaching methods and a series of specific implementation paths of reform”.To make greater progress in the future,we should attach importance to strengthening the construction of teachers,encourage an inter-school teacher collaboration network and build an online teaching brand.
