摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合护理对卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复的影响及营养评价。方法:将脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者70例随机分为对照组和试验组各35例。对照组患者予常规西医护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合中医护理,观察两组患者吞咽功能康复情况、营养指标改善情况以及生活质量评分。结果:护理干预后两组吞咽功能评估量表(Gugging Swallowing Screen,GUSS)评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),试验组GUSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者护理干预后血清总蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白等营养指标和饮食情况、睡眠情况、运动情况、精神状态等生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理方法可提高脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能康复率,促使患者营养情况及生活质量得到良好改善。
Objective:To explore the effects of integrative medicine nursing on the recovery of swallowing function of the patients with post-stroke dysphagia(PSD)and nutritional evaluation.Methods:Seventy patients were randomized into the control group and the test group,35 cases each group.The control group accepted conventional nursing of Western medicine,and the test group TCM nursing,to observe the recovery conditions of swallowing function,nutritional indexes and the scores of quality of life between both groups.Results:After the intervention,GUSS scores of both groups were higher than these before the intervention(P<0.05),GUSS scores of the test group were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05).;the test group was higher than the control group in nutritional indexes including TB,PA and ALB after nursing intervention,the scores of quality of life such as diet,sleep,exercise,mental state and other and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative medicine nursing could lift the recovery rate of swallowing function in the patients with PSD,help improve nutritional conditions and quality of life of the patients well.
