摘要
目的研究原发性痛经应用温针灸治疗的疗效。方法随机选取在2016年3月-2019年6月该院收治的98例原发性痛经患者,将其分为两组,每组49例。对照组采取布洛芬缓释片,观察组应用温针灸治疗,对比疗效和疼痛情况。结果观察组患者接受治疗的总有效率为95.9%,高于对照组的79.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.078,P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛比为6.1%,低于对照组的24.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.376,P<0.05)。结论应用温针灸治疗原发性痛经可有效改善患者的临床症状,效果显著,安全性高。
Objective To study the efficacy of warm needling moxibustion for primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A random selection of 98 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to June 2019 were divided into two groups,each with49 cases.The control group took ibuprofen sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with warm needle moxi-bustion to compare the efficacy and pain.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.9%,which was higher than 79.6%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.078,P<0.05);the pain ratio of the observation group was 6.1%,which was lower than 24.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.376,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warm needling moxibustion to treat primary dysmenorrhea can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with significant effects and high safety.
