摘要
为了提升我国成品粮智能仓储装备的科技水平,以四向穿梭车作为研究与应用对象,研制了一种面向成品粮立体仓库的新型四向穿梭车设备。从四向穿梭车的机械系统设计、控制系统设计、上位机管理系统设计、样机试制与试验4个方面,详细阐述了四向穿梭车总体设计,通过样机试验,指出该穿梭车较好地实现了X/Y向行走、换向、存取货物的功能,其机械结构和控制系统能很好地适应成品粮自动化仓储系统的搬运需求。
In order to improve the scientific and technological level of intelligent storage equipment of processed grain in China,taking four-way shuttle as the research and application object,a new type of four-way shuttle equipment was developed for the stereo granary of processed grain.The overall design of the four-way shuttle is described in detail from four aspects:mechanical system design,control system design,upper computer management system design,prototype trial production and test.Through the prototype test,it is pointed out that the four-way shuttle has better realized the functions of X/Y walking,reversing,loading and unloading;its mechanical structure and control system can well adapt to the handling requirements of automatic storage system of processed grain.
