摘要
目的:研究基于OLYMPUS技术的小探头超声引导下肺活检对周围型肺癌诊断的临床价值。方法:选择2019年1月1日~2019年6月30日来某院进行疑似肺癌手术治疗的患者115例,经OLYMPUS小探头超声引导下肺活检检查,后经肺部CT加强检查为肺部占位阳性,分组比较OLYMPUS小探头超声引导下肺活检检查的真阴性、真阳性、假阴性、假阳性占比,计算检查的敏感度和特异度;同时就不同年龄段、不同CT特征进行敏感度和特异度分析。结果:小探头超声引导下肺活检检出率为75.65%,CT检查检出率为40.87%,前者显著优于后者(P<0.01);按照年龄将患者分为50岁以下、50~60岁、60~70岁、70岁以上共4组,分别对比检出率,小探头超声引导下肺活检检出率显著高于CT检查检出率(P<0.01);根据患者性别进行分组分为两组,小探头超声引导下肺活检检出率显著高于CT检查检出率(P<0.01);以上结果具有显著统计学意义。结论:小探头超声引导下肺活检临床价值较CT检查更为积极。
Objective:To study the clinical value of small probe ultrasound-guided lung biopsy based on Olympus technology in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods:From January 1,2019 to June 30,2019,115 patients with suspected lung cancer underwent surgical treatment in a hospital were selected.After the lung biopsy guided by small probe ultrasound and enhanced by lung CT,they were found to be lung space occupying positive.The proportion of true negative,true positive,false negative and false positive in the lung biopsy guided by small probe ultrasound was compared in groups,and the sensitivity and specificity of the examination were calculated.At the same time,the sensitivity and specificity of different age and CT features were analyzed.Results:The detection rate of small probe ultrasound-guided lung biopsy was 75.65%,and that of CT was 40.87%.The former was significantly better than the latter(P<0.01).According to age,patients were divided into four groups:under 50 years old,50~60 years old,60~70 years old and over 70 years old.The detection rate of small probe ultrasound-guided lung biopsy was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.01).According to gender,patients were divided into two groups.The detection rate of small probe ultrasound-guided lung biopsy was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.01).The above results were statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical value of small probe ultrasound-guided lung biopsy is more positive than that of CT.
