摘要
目的探讨多普勒彩色超声与心电图对急性心肌梗死患者的诊断价值。方法方便选取2017年8月-2019年8月收治的52例急性心肌梗死患者纳入该次的研究,根据其生化指标检验结果分为典型急性心肌梗死组(n=26)与非典型急性心肌梗死组(n=26),所有患者均给予普勒彩色超声检测与心电图检测,对其诊断结果进行分析。结果心电图确诊病例为30例,其检出率为57.7%,而多普勒彩色超声确诊病例为37例,其检出率为71.2%,两组检测结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);将两种检测方式联合使用后的确诊病例为49例,检出率达94.2%,此种检测方案的检出率明显高于单一使用心电图及多普勒彩色超声的检出率(P<0.05);此外,心电图检测对非典型急性心肌梗死患者的检出率明显低于多普勒彩色超声检测(P<0.05);心电图联合多普勒彩色超声检查方式的AUC效能、诊断敏感性及特异性却明显高于单一的心电图检查与彩超检查,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多普勒彩色超声检测与心电图检测在急性心肌梗死患者的诊断中均有一定的临床作用,将二者联合使用可显著提高其诊断效能,为急性心肌梗死患者的临床诊治提供更为准确的参考价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 52 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted from August 2017 to August 2019 were convenient selection included in this study.According to their biochemical index test results,they were divided into typical acute myocardial infarction group(n=26)and atypical acute myocardial infarction group(n=26),all patients were given color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram to analyze the diagnosis results.Results There were 30 cases confirmed by electrocardiogram,and the detection rate was 57.7%,while 37 cases were confirmed by Doppler color ultrasound,and the detection rate was 71.2%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);49 cases were diagnosed after the combined use of the two detection methods,and the detection rate reached 94.2%.The detection rate of this detection scheme was statistically significantly higher than that of the single use of electrocardiogram and Doppler color ultrasound(P<0.05);In addition,the detection rate of ECG detection in patients with atypical acute myocardial infarction is significantly lower than that of Doppler color ultrasound(P<0.05);the AUC efficiency,diagnostic sensitivity and specificity was significantly higher than the single ECG and color Doppler ultrasound examinations,and the comparison results were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler color ultrasound and electrocardiogram have a certain clinical role in the diagnosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.The combined use of the two can significantly improve their diagnostic efficiency and provide more accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction,with reference value.
