细菌鞭毛蛋白与Toll样受体5的互作关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 鞭毛蛋白是细菌鞭毛的主成分,亦是Toll样受体5(TLR5)的特异性配体,在动物宿主识别肠道细菌的过程中发挥着重要的作用。迄今为止,有关鞭毛蛋白与TLR5互作关系的研究涉及医学、营养学、生物学和免疫学等领域,并且已经成为各学科的研究热点。本文主要就鞭毛蛋白的功能结构、菌体运动中的作用、免疫特性及其与肠道健康的关系、黏膜表皮细胞的免疫特征和药物研发展开了较为详细的综述,旨在为鞭毛蛋白与TLR5的功能研究与机理探索提供参考信息。 Flagellin is the principal component of bacterial flagella and the specific ligand of Toll-like receptor 5(TLR5),and it plays an important role in the recogition of intestinal bacteria by animal hosts.Up to now,the research on the interaction between flagellin and TLR5 involves the fields of medicine,nutrition,biology and immunology,etc.,and has become a research hotspot in various disciplines.In this paper,functional structure of flagellin,its role in bacterial movement,immune characteristics and its relationship with intestinal health,immune characteristics of mucosal epidermal cells and drug development were reviewed in detail,which will help provide reference information for the properties and mechanism exploration of flagellin and TLR5.
