摘要
泡罩包装作为医药生产中一个普遍存在的工艺过程,其VOCs的产生情况尚未引起人们的足够重视,相关研究较少。本文根据泡罩包装的工艺过程、包装材料,通过理论分析得出VOCs的排放特征,将其用于某制药企业铝塑泡罩包装机的VOCs排放量计算。分析结果表明:泡罩包装过程中塑料硬片的VOCs排放量为0.56 mg/m^2~5.83 mg/m^2,铝箔的VOCs排放量为200 mg/m^2,VOCs主要来源于铝箔成品中的残留挥发物;理论分析得到的VOCs排放量在一定程度上能够客观反映泡罩包装过程中的VOCs产生情况,可以为该工艺过程VOCs的控制和管理提供参考。
Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)emitted from the processes of blister packaging has not been paid enough attention now and has fewer research.According to the process characteristics and packaging materials of blister packaging,the emission characteristics of VOCs was obtained,and it was used to calculate VOCs emission in the process of blister packaging in a pharmaceutical enterprise.Results showed that the VOCs emission characteristics of the sheet was 0.56 mg/m^2~5.83 mg/m^2,and that of the aluminum foil was 200 mg/m^2,the VOCs mainly came from the residual volatiles in the aluminum foil;VOCs emission characteristics obtained from theoretical analysis could reflect the VOCs emission in the process of blister packaging objectively,which could provide reference for the control and management of VOCs in the process.
