摘要
为研究益生菌发酵小麦秸秆替代饲料中不同水平的青贮玉米对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益的影响,试验选择体重相近、健康的西门塔尔肉牛60头随机分成4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头,试验1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,试验2、3、4组分别用25%、50%、100%益生菌发酵小麦秸秆替代饲粮中的青贮饲料,预试验10 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组比分别提高14.81%、12.35%(P<0.05),试验3、4组料重比较1组比分别降低6.33%、4.60%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);(2)试验3、4组的粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率较1组分别提高10.43%、9.02%、11.79%、9.88%、19.42%、16.60%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组干物质、钙、磷表观消化率均高于1组(P>0.05);(3)试验2、3、4组日均利润和平均增重收入均高于1组。综上,益生菌发酵小麦秸秆替代饲料中50%青贮玉米,可以提高肉牛的生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益。
In order to study the effect of different levels of silage corn in wheat straw instead of feed fermented by probiotics on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefit of beef cattle.60 Simmental beef cattle with similar body weight and health were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group had15 repetitions,one beef in each repetitions. The first group was fed basic diet,and the second,third and fourth groups were fed 25%,50% and 100% probiotic fermented wheat straw instead of silage. The pre test lasted for 10 days and the test period was 60 days.The results showed that:(1) The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was14.81% and 12.35% higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the feed weight of groups 3 and 4 was 6.33% and 4.60%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05),and the average feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group1(P>0.05);(2) The apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in groups 3 and 4 were 10.43%,9.02%,11.79%,9.88%,19.42% and 16.60% higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).(3)The average daily profit and the average weight gain income of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1 respectively. In conclusion that the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefit of beef cattle could be improved by probiotic fermentation of wheat straw instead of 50% silage corn.
